How can I make payments for the course?

You can make payment by using your credit card or PayPal account. We accept all major credit cards i.e. Master, Visa cards.

Is it safe to use credit card on this website?

What is the duration of these course?

There is no set duration as some learners are able to complete courses quickly than others. You will have access to the course for 12 months from the date of registration.

We have provided a rough guide on the number of hours taken on average to complete each chapter, but it may vary from individual to individual.

Are these accredited?

Our courses are not accredited, as they are mainly for professional development only. Although our courses are developed by industry experts and curriculum writers.

Will I receive a certificate on completion?

Yes, all learners who complete the course, are issued a “Certificate of Completion

What is your refund policy?

Our mission is to deliver exceptional educational services and we are not driven by financial benefits. We do provide refund, only if you are not issued the course login details, and you request refund prior to us issuing you the course login details.

Do you deliver face to face training sessions?

No – At the moment, Deluxe Learning offers online courses only. In the future, there may be an opportunity to deliver these courses face to face.
